Dorukhan Mail Connector — Privacy Notice

Dorukhan Mail Connector is a private application used by its authorized user to access Google Gmail functionality through the Gmail API.

Google user data is accessed only after the Google account holder grants OAuth authorization and only to perform mailbox functions requested by the authorized user. Depending on the permissions granted, this may include reading message metadata and content and performing explicitly requested mailbox actions.

Google user data is not sold or used for advertising. It is processed only as necessary to provide the mailbox functionality requested by the authorized user, including through service providers used to operate that functionality.

OAuth credentials and Google user data are protected using access controls and the security measures provided by the systems used to operate the connector. Access is limited to the authorized functionality and authorized user.

Google user data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the requested functionality or as required by applicable law. Stored credentials or data are deleted when no longer needed, and the account holder may revoke Google access at any time through Google Account security settings or request deletion by contacting the address below.

Use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
